Prices and extra costs

  • There is no extra cost for backgrounds unless they are very complex or have alot of details.

  • Headshots, half-bodies, fullbodies and minis all come with simple lineart, simple cell shading and some airbrush shading. Full rendered shading / art has an additional cost.

  • 'Extra Mini' ONLY come with minimal shading. 'Experimental doodle page' ONLY come with experimental rendered shading style.

  • Very complex designs might come with a very small extra cost.

  • I will send you the quote for a commission with all added additional cost, if there are any.

  • For badges; large badge size, complex designs, holographic affects will all have a small extra cost

  • Prices are always subject to change and increase in the future due to increase in demand, improving my skills or gaining more experience in my art and craft. For the most accurate prices, always check my commission prices here. Any price changes will always be updated here first.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • USD commissions only.

  • My primary payment options are PayPal or CashApp

  • My secondary choices include Venmo or Ko-Fi. If you can not use my primary payment choices, feel free to ask to use one of my secondary choices.

TURN AROUND TIME

  • I try to finish digital art commissions within 2 weeks-- but I may take up to a 4 weeks to complete a digital art commission.

  • Up to 2-3 months for badges.

  • Delays may happen due to personal or work reasons, but I try my best to prevent any delays.

  • If you need a commission done before an specific date PLEASE MENTION THIS TO ME WHEN ASKING FOR A COMMISSION.

  • If due dates are not disclosed to me when asking for a commission, I can not gurantee that I will finish it on time or you will need to pay a rush fee.

buying a commission

  • To ask for a commission, fill out one of my commission forms above!

  • You can also dm me on instagram or twitter. Be ready to provide a reference sheet, and any details you'd like me to keep in mind for your commission

  • I might miss Instagram dms, so I would perfer if you used my commission form! If I dont reply at all to your dm, I probably just missed it / never received it.

  • Once I receive your dm or commission form, I will contact you! (If I don't, I probably missed your message)

  • I will provide you with a quote with all additional costs, if there are any

  • Please don't pay until I at least give you a quote

  • All drawings will come with a default simple background, and with an expression/pose I feel fits you character, but please do let me know if you want an specific theme, expression, pose and/or accessories/props.

  • You will then be able to send the payment to the paypal or cash app account I provide you. You can also pay with venmo or ko-fi.

  • Please pay within 48 hours of receiving your final price

  • Once I receive your payment I will begin to work on your commission!

  • Your commission will also be added to my Trello, that includes the current status on your commission. Its updated in real time

  • I will send any updates I have. Also feel free to ask for updates on your commission!

  • For badges; I will ship your badge as soon as its done, and may upload pictures of it, videos of me working on it, or videos of me preparing your order for shipping.

  • I will send your finished commission privately to you and may upload it on my Instagram or twitter afterwards too.

  • You are allowed to request any minor changes to your complete commission with no extra cost! (a small extra cost may be added if you request any bigger changes)

TOS

  • You may use commission art for personal use, with credit!

  • All of my art will have my watermark.

  • I may use my commission art, as commission examples, upload on social media, etc

  • YOU MAY NOT PROFIT OFF MY COMMISSION ART IN ANY WAY

  • DO NOT REPOST OR REDISTRIBUTE ANY OF MY COMMISSION ART

refund policy

You may ask for a refund under the following circumstance:

  • Receive a full refund if I have taken more than 2 month to finish commission (more than 5 months for badges)

  • Receive a full refund if I have not finished 50% of commission. (If I have completed more than 50% you may only be able to receive a 50% refund)
